M76 - Digital Multimeter M-Module
The M76 is a full function DMM suitable for use on a variety of platforms with the famiily of C&H Carriers. This DMM is based upon a 24 bit Sigma-Delta A/D converter with on-chip noch filter.

Software
C&H's M-module Instrument Drivers are designed for maximum platform independence and portability. Most users will only require the VXIpnp driver. Users working in an operating system other than Windows or who are working with a non-supported M-module carrier should download the ANSI-C Driver.
