The four members of the 32 bit digital test family are designed to provide a digital test capability at rates up to 1 Mword/sec. These modules include 32 bit driver/comparators (TTL & CMOS) and 32 bit compare only (TTL & CMOS). The former have full drive/sense /mask functionality and are designed to return fail data by performing the comparison against expected patterns in hardware. Individual bits that are not of interest may be masked on a pattern by pattern basis.
